mcoker01Original WW1 1918 Stahlhelm German Helmet no liner. Some boomer biker thought it would be cool to chrome-it. The helmet is legit with the stamping in the proper location as photographed. The chroming is in good shape but historically horrendous. You can get it dechromed if you want to restore it or just scuff and rattle can it. I got it gifted to me as a historical piece but its collectibility value is near zero for a historical artifact related to German History. But is niche in biker americana as this was popular among MCs in the biker generation. Plus side about the chrome is that the helmet is preserved free of rust and pitting for the most part.
